Something Wicked ….

LUNA HAS A NEW BOOK! Wickedly good!

Good girl Prys Bane is the ultimate witch princess—titled, rich, beautiful, and from the best royal bloodlines. But the STEM genius would rather hide with her statistics and crush on a forbidden bodyguard than marry a proper prince. Better to guarantee that no one discovers her true magic—powers more suited to a storybook villain than any princess.

Bad boy John Donovan has pretended to be a bodyguard while hiding his supernatural double agent status from everyone—even his own sisters who see him as the villain. Crushing on Prys seemed safe until he learns she’s not only the witch magistrate investigating a murder where his sister is the chief suspect, but Prys is also the matchmaker hired to force him into an arranged marriage.

When John and Prys are pulled into a deadly mystery that comes closer and closer to the couple by the hour, they must work together. When Prys discovers John’s kink, these enemies quickly become lovers whose passions ignite. Can this princess and her antihero find happily ever or will the killer be a best friend whose betrayal neither can survive?

A WICKED TASTE … sample the book

His kiss—soft and pastry sweet—was so much better than she’d imagined, and she had imagined some pretty spectacular kisses with this man. Their bodies didn’t touch other than his mouth on hers and his fingers lightly grazing along her jaw. He didn’t demand, didn’t invade, didn’t push.

He only rubbed his lips against hers as if she were spun sugar, the treat he’d always wanted and planned to savor.

As if she might be his favorite flavor of fizzy drink and the melt-in-his-mouth candy floss that he’d always craved—all in one. His gentleness meant so much more than the claim and conquer kisses she’d had before. She wanted to hold him there, to taste that simple pleasure for hours.

He pulled away, and she fought the urge to yank him back, keeping her protests to a frustrated whimper-groan sound that wasn’t at all ladylike. Had he not enjoyed it as much as she had? The way his gaze seemed pinned to her mouth didn’t make that likely. She licked her lips, and he made a deeper version of the noise she had.

“Someone’s coming,” he said. “Sounds like your mother.”

He might as well have tossed a cauldron of ice-cold water on her. “No.” She wasn’t sure what she was protesting. The loss of him? Her mother approaching? The impending return to reality and the party downstairs?

“Is there another way out of here so we don’t have to explain?”

Right. Denial. The sensible approach. Especially for a blood-sworn guard who could be disciplined by a senator with penalties so much worse than firing. Plus, his easy escape would be less complicated than explaining flirting with a guard to her stickler-for-rules mother. “That door leads to the library and then out to the stairs around the way.”

He grinned. “Later, princess.”

And then he was gone.
